We just not only taking utmost care during the production but, also our Quality Management System starts working systematically form the Raw Material Purchase itself to final stage of Delivery of the Products. After Crack Detection and Hardness testing of Incoming Raw Crankshafts either made of Casting or Forging, being sent for various Machining Operations and further it goes for Balancing at our 6-Plan "ABRO" make Balancing machine As the Factory Balancing is the only Production Line Quality. Then, it's made available for Washing & Final Inspection, where Cleaning is done and 100% Visual & Dimensional Inspections are carried out by our well experienced Quality Control Team.
Such a way, since 2005-AD, we became an ISO-9001:2008 certified unit by M/s. TUV-SUD South Asia Pvt. Ltd.-Mumbai
