Industrial Corporation is a Manufacturers & Exporters of Crankshafts & Shafts, which are suitable for almost every application such as Compressors (Air & Refrigeration), Diesel Engine, Marine Engine, Stationery Engine, Tractors, Earthmovers, Agriculture as well as Industrial and Automobile etc. The premise is delicately maintained upon 22,316 Sq. Ft. of total Surface Area, which includes Raw Material Stock Yard, Manufacturing Plant, Administrative Block, Standard Room, Tool Room (for in-house Jig & Fixture development), Laboratory, Consumable Stores, Finish Goods Stock Yard (Bondage Storage Room) etc.Over the years, VK has been investing in expanding its Capacities and Capabilities. Our machine shop is fully equipped with almost every necessary Machineries as well as fully calibrated Testing Equipments. At this juncture, our capacity is to produce the Crankshafts ranging up to 1500mm Between the Centers and 200 Kg. of Maximum Weight. VKIC is having complete machining setup with adequate in-house facilities including Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) & CNC Turning Centre (CNC) and other SPMs. We have our own Laboratory & Standard Room (with "Height Master" for Geometric Inspection setup). Also, our Shop Floor & Tool Room are having suitable machineries, which made us experts in Turning, Milling, Drilling, Grinding & other critical operations to shape highly accurate components in super micron tolerances. We also have world-class "ABRO" make 6-Plan Balancing Machine for actuate balancing. And, for Cleaning, we have Washing Machine to capture the superbly visualized components within the standard Millipore Value only. From the Drawings and/or Original Samples furnished by our valued customer, we have superb solution for any New Development of Crankshaft and Shaft, either made of Casting or Forging, which falling under range of our capacity for production. Our Current Spare Capacity is of about 6,000 Nos. per annum. The Raw Material that being purchased by us, such as Castings, is coming from the family owned company itself. Also, other Raw Materials like Forging etc. are being supplied by the companies who dealing with us since very long and are situated at very nearer to us, which reflects that generally we do not facing any difficulties so far as the procurements of Raw Materials is concerned. We are proud to states that we are currently having uninterrupted kind of supplies of Crankshafts & Shafts to various OEMs, according to their specific need of standards. Hence, we could be able to make our Product Range List very wide. We all time actively engaged with the development of living standards of our employees and staff members. We are trying to taking utmost care for their Health and Safety first. Providing Training & Guidance to the employees is one of the important activities for all our HODs.
